At Jabiru REspec, we’re always interested in getting your feedback about our services. We will aim to use your feedback – whether it is positive or negative – to strengthen and improve our programs and activities.

We aim to:

  • Foster a service culture that encourages open and honest communication
  • Inform clients about the standard of service they can expect
  • Encourage feedback and make it easy for people to provide feedback
  • Offer anonymity to people providing feedback
  • Record and compile information arising from feedback and use it to improve our service.

We welcome feedback in a variety of ways. This may include:

  • Program-specific feedback forms
  • General operating feedback forms
  • Topic driven discussion groups/yarning circles
  • Individual written/oral feedback
  • Informal conversations.
