At Jabiru REspec, we’re always interested in getting your feedback about our services. We will aim to use your feedback – whether it is positive or negative – to strengthen and improve our programs and activities.
We aim to:
- Foster a service culture that encourages open and honest communication
- Inform clients about the standard of service they can expect
- Encourage feedback and make it easy for people to provide feedback
- Offer anonymity to people providing feedback
- Record and compile information arising from feedback and use it to improve our service.
We welcome feedback in a variety of ways. This may include:
- Program-specific feedback forms
- General operating feedback forms
- Topic driven discussion groups/yarning circles
- Individual written/oral feedback
