The Hub

The Early Years Family Support Hub

The Early Years Family Support Hub links young children (aged 8 and under) and their families with activities, services and other people in their community. It’s a place where you can find information and support about what is available in your local area. The project coordinator works in Zillmere and Taigum State Schools and in the general community, with a hub space situated in both schools and home visiting available. Assistance with advocacy, counselling and other referrals and individual support are available. The Early Years Family Support Hub also offers community development activities including playgroups, parenting information sessions and courses, literacy and numeracy help for parents and carers and lots more! Focus groups include refugee and Indigenous families. Take a closer look at the Early Years Family Support Hub.
